FRANKFORD - Emma Kathryn Simms Bennett, 67, of Frankford, Greenbrier County, died Oct. 28, 1997, at home after a long illness.
She was a graduate of Nuttall High School, Lookout, and was a missionary in Brazil under Baptist Mid-Missions, Cleveland, with 38 years' service.
Surviving: husband, the Rev. Don H. Bennett; sons, David L. Bennett of Lookout, Daniel J. Bennett of Brazil; daughters, Donna Cooke of Anthony, Debra J. Bennett of Winston-Salem, N.C., Darla Niemeyer of Yadkinville, N.C.; 10 grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Sewell Valley Baptist Church, Rainelle, with Pastor Ernie Lucas officiating. Burial will be in the Jeanette Cemetery, Lookout. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Kathryn Bennett Memorial Piano Fund, c/o Lookout Baptist Church, HC 65 Box 10, Lookout, W.Va. 25868.
