  The Charleston Gazette, 16 March 1999 Luther Lee Shiltz Luther Lee Shiltz, 87, of Dunbar died March 14, 1999, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness. He was retired from Union Carbide and was a former employee of Dunbar Glass Co. with 17 years' service. He attended Grace Baptist Church and Dunbar Church of the Nazarene and was a lifelong resident of Dunbar. Surviving: son, Edward Lee of Dunbar; daughters, Billie Jo Jones of Dunbar, Bettie Hunt of Orlando, Fla.; brother, Mack of Dunbar; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Franklin W. Goff and Bishop Melvin Mosley officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.
