On motion of Mary Forenash widow & relict of Charles Forenash Deceased and Philip Reager they are permitted to administer on the estate of said Charles Forenash decd who gave a bond in the sum of one thousand dollars with William Fuller & John Cutright Securities & took the oath of administration accordingly ordered that Joseph Hall, Joseph Davis, David Hall and Samuel Jackson or any three of them being sworn do apprais the personal Estate of Charles Forrenash Decd. & return an Inventory thereof to Court.
