  The Charleston Gazette, Online Edition, October 1997 CHESTERFIELD, Va. - Constance Persinger Moses, 91, of Chesterfield, formerly of Rupert, W.Va., died Oct. 29, 1997, in Lucy Corr Nursing Home after along illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Bascom United Methodist Church, Rupert. Surviving: son, Bobby Joe Moses of Richmond; one grandson; two great-granddaughters. Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Smathers Funeral Chapel, Rainelle, W.Va., with the Rev. Lowell Keeney officiating. Burial will be in End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville, W.Va. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.
