  The Charleston Gazette, 5 February 1997 Merlyene Hill Colley, 75, of Charleston died Feb. 3, 1997, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness. She was retired from Life of Virginia Insurance Co. and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving: stepsisters, Louise Senter of Lewisburg, Betty Jo Stevens of Rupert; stepbrother, Charles Anderson of Cincinnati; cousin, Dorothy McClung McCoy of Vero Beach, Fla.; three nieces; two nephews. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Burnsworth officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
