Minnie Hughart Dies In Virginia
FAIRLEA, Aug. 14 (RNS) ? Mrs. Minnie Tuckwiller Hughart, 78, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ray Miller of Covington, Va. She was a former resident of Fairlea.
She was born June 24, 1878, at Asbury a daughter of the late John and [Ellen] Dietz Tuckwiller. She was a member of the AR Presbyterian Church at Fairlea.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. A. K. Piercy of Fairlea and Mrs. Pauline Sheppard of Lewisburg; three brothers, Will Tuckwiller of Springfield, Mo., Homer Tuckwiller of Asbury and Frank Tuckwiller of Clintonville; one sister, Mrs. J. E. Via of Alderson; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. A. K. Piercy of Fairlea by the Rev. A. K. Whitesides and the Rev. Ronald Casto. Burial will be in the Clifton Cemetery at Maxwelton.
The body will be removed from the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg to the Piercy home at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
