RUPERT - John Alden Johnson, 74, of Rupert, Greenbrier County, died Wednesday at home.
He was a member of Bascom United Methodist Church and was a retired employee of Greenbrier County Board of Education.
Surviving: wife, Bess Crane Johnson; sisters, Mrs. Celia Breckenrich of Hines, Mrs. Pearl Nelson of Marfrance; brother, Jack Johnson of Fairmont; two grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Charles Ambrose, Jr. officiating. Burail will be in End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville.
