Greenbrier Man Dies In Hospital
CRAWLEY (RNS) ? James Clifford Pittsenbarger, 56, was pronounced dead on arrival at a Grundy, Va., hospital Sunday night. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack.
Born April 25, 1913, at Tincher, he was a son of the late James and Ada Bowyer Pittsenbarger.
He was a member of the Crawley Missionary Baptist Church and Rainelle Lodge 100, Knights of Pythias.
Pittsenbarger was a shovel operator for the Burn Rite Coal Co.
Survivors include his wife, Cleo; a daughter, Miss Mary Rae Pittsenbarger of Roanoke, Va.; a son, Marvin of Hot Springs, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Enola Smith of Alexandria, Va., and one grandchild.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home Chapel at East Rainelle with Rev. S. E. Kessler and Rev. Eddie Powers in charge. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville.
