  The Charleston Gazette, Online Edition, Monday, 14 September 1998 HUNTINGTON - Harold Gorden McClung, 96, of Huntington died Sept. 12, 1998, at home. He was a schoolteacher in the Fayette County schools system. He was a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and an FBI agent. He had a private law practice in Fayette County. He was an lawyer for the Veterans Administration, having retired as chief of the authorization section. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of WVU Alumni Association and American Legion Post 16 and a Baptist. Surviving: wife, Louise Ekers McClung; daughters, Rebecca McClung of Hillsville, Va., Elizabeth "Libby" McClung of Huntington; several nieces and nephews. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Henson Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary.
