MRS. MARY K. HUNTER
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter, 79, dies at the home of her son Geo. Hunter, at McRoss at 1:30 p.m. March 10. She was born in Greenbrier county, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wash Crane. She was a member of the Amwell Baptist church at Rupert.
Surviving are Sam Hunter, Rupert; George Hunter, McRoss; Jennings A. Hunter, Kieffer; Wade Hunter, of McRoss and Mrs. Annie Sanford, of East Rainelle.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at Amwell church. Burial will follow in the Amwell cemetery with Rev. Leslie Crane officiating.

THE HAND OF DEATH
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter, a pioneer resident of Greenbrier county, died on March 10 at the home of her son, George, at McRoss. She was 97 years old. Two other sons, Sam of Rupert and Jennings of Kieffer survive. She was a member of the Amwell Baptist church. - (Medical):Kate was about 4'-11" tall, weighed 120 lbs., and had red hair and blue eyes.
