Rella was born January 1, 1932 in Webster Springs, WV a daughter of the late Noah S. and Flora Jane Williams Harper. Rella was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing. Rella is survived by two sons Johnny and Linda Hinkle of Buckhannon and Eldon R. Hinkle of Georgia, one daughter Debra and John Riffle Sr. of Buckhannon, one brother, Solomon Harper Sr. of Ohio, three sisters, Nellie Gregory of Ohio, Kathrean Harper of Ohio, and Weltha Barnett of Maryland, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Rella was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Hinkle in 1984, and second husband, Robert Columbus Blagg in 1998, two brothers, and four sisters. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm funeral service. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery.
