  The Charleston Gazette, Online Edition, 14 May 1999 BECKLEY - Thomas Franklin Plumley, 70, of Beckley died May 12, 1999, at home after a long illness. He was a retired Army sergeant with 20 years' service and a veteran of the Korean War. Surviving: wife, Easter "Marie" Callaway Plumley; sons, Carl W. of Grandview, Richard L. and Michael T., both of Beckley, David B. of Australia; brothers, Carlos of Beckley, Russell of Hilliard, Ohio; sister, Ruby Brammer of Beaver; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Rose & Quesenberry Funeral Home, Beckley.
