  The Charleston Gazette, Charleston, WV, 18 February 1989 Mrs. Rovenia Frances Boggs, 67, of Hines, died Feb. 17, 1989, in Humana Hospital Greenbrier Valley, Fairlea, after a short illness. She was a member of Hines Baptist Church. Surviving: daughter, Charlotte Selvey of Meadow Bluff; sons, Melvin of Fairmont, Dwayne of Hines; mother, Dovie Smith of Hines; sister, Joyce Walkup of Newport News, Va.; brother, Garland Smith of Rainelle; two grandchildren. Service will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Steve Thomas and the Rev. Leroy Crane officiating. Entombment will be in the Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
