Dale Ervin "Bud" Lewis, 63, of Summer-sville, was called home to be with the Lord Thursday, January 8, 2015. He was the son of Zelda Marie Kennen Lewis of Mt. Lookout and the late Delbert Walace Lewis, Sr. and was born at Summersville, January 3, 1952. He was a construction worker and Missionary Baptist by faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother; Bud was the beloved husband of Denise Taylor Lewis; father of Mike (Jennifer); proud grandfather to Izabella and Christopher; brother to Frances (Bruce), Della (Howard), Anthony (Linda), Wilma (Ralph), Delbert (Betty), Ella (David), John (Trena) and the late Delma Jean Lewis.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped in caring for our beloved Bud.
In honor of his wishes, his body was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
