CANVAS — Glenna Mae Curry, 80, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010 in the Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Lonnie Strickland and Pastor Denver Danberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Dotson-Simpson Cemetery at Keslers Cross Lanes.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral chapel.

Glenna Mae Curry, 80 years of age of Canvas, died Thursday, January 7, 2010 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Gladis Burl and Mabel Whitt Lewis and was born at Birch River June 25, 1929. She was a former summersville Memorial Hospital employee of eighteen years and a member of the Believers Baptist Church at Mddlety.
She was also preceded in death by brothers: James, Howard, Hugh and Arley Lewis; Sisters: Pearl Gilley, Nellie McClung and Sue Carper.
Surviving - Three Sons: Gary Brown and Larry Brown both of Canvas, Steve Lewis of Summersville; Tow Daughters: Linda Cook of Summersville, Donna Dorsey of Mt. Lookout; Brother: John Lewis of Kansas; Three Sisters: Verna Brown of Keslers Cross Lanes, Ruby Williams and Lea Nash both of North Carolina; Five Grandchildren; Six Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Waters Funeral Chapel at Summersville with Pastor Lonnie Strickland and Pastor Denver Danberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Dotson-Simpson Cemetery at Keslers Cross Lanes.
