By order of the Honorable Brockholst Livingston, Esquire, one of the Justices of the Supreme Court of Judicature of the State of New York - Notice is hereby given to all the creditors of Asa Scudder of the city of New-York, an insolvent debtor, that they shew cause, if any they have, before the said Justice at his Chambers in Broad-way, in the city of New-York, on the fourth of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, why an assignment of the said insolvents estate should not be made, and he be discharged according to an act of the Legislature of the State of New York, entitled "An act for giving in relief in cases of insolvency," passed 3rd April 1801. Dated this 13th day of March 1805
