- Obituary - Louise Woollard Sims
CLINTONVILLE - Louise Sims, 82, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2002, at home following along illness.
Born Sept. 16, 1919, in Dawson, she was the daughter of the late John Howard and Iva Flack Woollard.
Mrs. Sims was a homemaker. She was a member of Sam Black United Methodist Church, where she had served as president of the women's Society of Christian Service and Sunday school teacher for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Ernest T. Sims, on Nov. 8, 2001; two sisters, Lily and Mary; and five brothers, Marion, John, Jim, Jesse and Robin.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Sims of Hinkley, Ohio and Edward Sims of Sheffield Lake, Ohio; a sister, Marguerite Cohenour of Rupert; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, Clintonville, with the Rev. Jay Hicks officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
