Survivors include daughters, Lisa and Teresa, sons; Dewayne, Mark and Steven sisters, Kathy, Judy and Betty; brothers, Forrest, Kevin and Toney; 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Rev. Otis Cales officiating. Burial will follow at the Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
