Meadows, Roscoe I., "Rock," 81, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Monday (April 9, 1990) in Louisville, Ky.
He was born in Summersville, W.Va., and moved to Louisville in 1989.
A retired minister, he was a member of First Missionary Church, St. Petersburg.
Survivors include three daughters, Lenora P. Pulver, Clearwater, Luella Little, Louisville, and Patricia Curtis, Wilson, N.C.; two sisters, Melda Cadle, Hamilton, Ala., and Mary Webb, Tornado, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
