- Obituary -- Darrell Ray Bumgarner, Sr.
Darrell Ray Bumgarner, Sr., 58, of Beckley, formerly of Loops Road, Rainelle, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013.
Born October 15, 1954 on Loops Road in Fayette County, he was the son of the late Robert Ray and Glenna Crookshanks Bumgarner.
Darrell worked construction most of his career and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. Darrell loved to travel and 'see the world.'
Survivors include his 2 sons Darrell Jr. and wife Edith and Robert all of Macon, GA; 1 brother Raymond and wife Mary of Beckley; 2 sisters Sandra Critchley and husband Bo of Maplewood and Sherry Payton and husband Dana of Lakeland, FL; and 2 grandchildren Jonathan and Mellianne.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 30, in the Sims Cemetery on Loops Road, Rainelle, officiated by Pastor John Wyatt.
