- Obituary -- Charlene Kay Crookshanks O'Dell
QUINWOOD, WV -- Charlene Kay Crookshanks O'Dell, 63, of Quinwood, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015, at Heartland of Rainelle, following a long illness.
Born January 12, 1952, at Ronceverte, WV, she was the daughter of the late Arvel Leroy and Bonnie Faye King Crookshanks. Charlene attended the First Baptist Church of Quinwood, and was a homemaker. She was an excellent cook, and loved attending to her flower garden. But she really enjoyed working with the little children during Bible School each summer.
Survivors include her husband: Keith Wayne O'Dell of Quinwood, WV 3 sons: Robert Thomasson Jason Thomasson and John Thomasson, all of Rupert, WV 2 grandchildren 1 sister: Karen Crookshanks of Rupert, WV 2 brothers: John and Ernest Crookshanks of Rupert, WV Numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel in Rainelle, with Pastor Chad Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow at Burns Cemetery, Crawley.
