- Obituray - Lena Truman Hines McClung
ANNADALE, Va. - Mrs. Lena Hines McClung, 93, formerly of Hominy Falls, died Monday, April 16, in a Falls Church, Va. hospital, following a long illness.
Born July 26, 1896, at Hines, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Minnie Zopp Hines.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Guy McClung and a son, Christopher Guy McClung, Jr.
Survivors include six daughters, Helen Wisner of Annadale, Hilda Gault of St. Mary's, Ohio, Waneda Matheny of Longwood, Fla., Leah Fortney of Fairfax, Va., Wanda Lou McLaughlin of Morgantown and Carol Sue Murdoch of Maitland, Fla.; four sons, Harold McClung of Hurricane, Boyd McClung of St. Albans, Curtis McClung of Annadale and Michael McClung of Cookville, Tenn.; two sisters, Carrie Riley of St. Albans and Ollie Young of Charleston; two brothers, Fred Hines of Canvass and Cecil Hines of Hines; 22 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Service will be Friday at 11 a. m. at the Hilltop United Methodist Chucrch at Hominy Falls...Burial will be in the McClung Family Cemetery in Hominy Falls.
