- Obituary -- Debra Mae Sanford Robertson
Born March 30, 1960, at Hinton, she was the daughter of the late George and Delma Wooldridge Sanford.
Debra worked for 35 years at Hill’s, Ames, and Magic Mart Department Stores in Beckley, until their closings. She could fill a room with light! Debra loved nature, especially waterfalls. Her sisters thought she was the best sister ever!
Debra attended the Lester First Church of God.
Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, Jerry Robertson; sons Thomas Robertson (Lisa) of Daytona Beach, Florida and Jeff Harrah of Scarbro; one brother George Sanford of Bellwood; two sisters Doris Blankenship of Lester and Delena Sanford (Candice) of Charlotte, North Carolina; two grandsons Kaleb Trevor Robertson; and a host of extended family and friends.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, at Smathers Fune3ral Chapel, with Pastor Dale Birchfield officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dolan Cemetery, Dawson.
