THREE GRADUATES DIE IN CRASH AFTER BALL
PITTSBURG (AP) - Paula and Paulette Cogar, 17-year-old twins, and Don Hampton, 18, were killed early yesterday in an auto crash a few hours after they had attended graduation exercises at Antioch High School, and shortly after the had left a graduation ball at the county fairgrounds.
Gary Parsons, 16, in the car with them, suffered severe head injuries. Both his legs were broken.
Their automobile and another crashed head-on shortly after 1 a.m. on a road narrowed to one lane by construction work.
The other driver, Dominic Cacioppo, 34, Antioch steel worker, and his passenger, John E. Doyle, 31, of Pittsburg, were injured critically.
