RONCEVERTE (RNS) - Clarence Houston Williams, 74, died Wednesday in a Fairlea hospital after a long illness.
A retired lumberman, Williams was a veteran of World War II.
He was a son of the late Henry and Rachel Kelly Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Lula; a stepson, Montie Dolan of Harrisonburg, Va.; three brothers, Cecil of Sinks Grove, Clyde of Caldwell and Charles of Lewisburg; four sisters, Mrs. Mattie Williams and Mrs. Lucille Bland, both of Lewisburg, Mrs. Beo Loomis of Caldwell and Mrs. Io Phipps of White Sulphur Springs; three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
The body is at Jack K. Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.

RONCEVERTE (RNS) - Services for Clarence Houston Williams will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Jack K. Wallace Funeral Home chapel at Lewisburg with the Rev. David Harper in charge. Burial will be in Alvon Cemetery.
Williams died Wednesday in a Fairlea hospital after a long illness. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Friday, and the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
Clarence married Lula DULIN. (Lula DULIN was born on 10 Sep 1901 55 and died in Nov 1983 in Ronceverte, Greenbrier Co., WV 55.)
